This amazing Canadian-made product can be recharged with the nifty air pump supplied. (It can also pump-up push bike tyres.) You pump up the air reservoir (which looks like a PET bottle but is much stronger) and you then have a VERY loud horn warning/alerting device. The blast is 120dB! It can be used in a yachting regatta, etc, or sporting events anywhere. As you only use air to pump it, it is very environmentally friendly.
